3Cs operates on a fiscal year basis, starting on September 1 and ending on August 31 of each year.  Typically, we will notify you during the month of August, via our various communication forums, of the upcoming membership renewal. You may avail yourself to renewing your membership on this website or print out the membership form that is also available here and mail it to the 3Cs address that is printed on it. Please note that you must be a current 3Cs member to join any of the activity groups. Once you are, you can join any activity group at any time.

Prior to joining an activity group, you may participate once to determine if the group is a good fit for you.
